I can absolutely relate to this; having lived in India for 28 years and moved to the USA after that and currently living here - I can see the difference in the sensory overload about how much I used to complain of being overwhelmed with things around me back in India! One that works the most recently in that one amazing tool we come in with , breathing: slow and soft works every time. And yet some days I must remind myself to allow it!
