We forget 'empty' space occupies more space than mass. Meanwhile its not empty at all, but brimming with vitality and life.

Apt comparison.

What a beautiful share, thank you. It hit me like poetry. Something I’ve practiced recently with somatic pendulation is to allow space between feeling the activated spot and the not activated spot. So I’ll spend 15 seconds with activated and spend 10 seconds moving to the other spot, which involves full body feeling on the way. In a way, I see this as space. Space between activated and non, and space for the body to just be. It’s been an interesting exploration and feels substantial/right/satisfying when I do it. I suppose it’s the “being” in a way, in between the doing.

This is beautiful, Rebecca. I feel this pendulation also emerges organically when we let ourselves "be", as you said. And sometimes, when we're in danger of getting stuck, we need to remind ourselves of rhythm and "do" it more consciously. A lovely exploration whichever way it happens.

Indeed, reminding to flow in cases of stuckness. A timely reminder.

Very thought-provoking and good reminders about being aware/conscious of the energies of the space wherever one is. With the Tree of Life of Kaballah, each station or place of the tree has a physical association with a planet and its energy, and each person has a stronger affinity with one particular planet energy--yet being in full balance is learning and manifesting something about them all.

Thanks for sharing---this reminds me very much of how to approach a birth chart in astrology. Some planets and configurations are dominant while others are more in the shadow, but all contribute to a person's life journey in some way, and all are worthy of exploration and conscious awareness.
