I really enjoyed reading this - so insightful and thought provoking as always!

What resonated for me was the theme of fear and how we have a tendency to suppress those parts of ourselves that we can be uncomfortable with. The desire to welcome ourselves with non-judgement and curiosity is one that I’m learning to engage more with - like Jung said that people will go to great lengths to avoid facing their own souls! So true and I think fear and shame have a massive part to play in that. Thanks!

Thank you Vaishali for another wonderful post. I can relate to your expression of embodied spirituality, and the coalescing of Tantra-Advaita-Mysticism, I just hadn't ever pieced them together as a whole. This interest began for me as a teen stumbling upon the Dao De Jing and Vajrayana.

I look forward to more writings, especial in the direction of mysticism, if you feel inspired to.
